No Second Night Out is about getting people back into buildings, offering them a permanent route off the streets and out of homelessness, by becoming the first official partner, and continuing to support other local homelessness charities, we share the Mayors ambition to eliminate rough sleeping in the capital.

The Berkeley Foundation was launched on 4 March 2011. This was the culmination of a long-held ambition to create our own philanthropic foundation. The purpose of the Foundation is to support young people and their communities across London and the South East of England.
 
Since its first year, the Berkeley Foundation has donated and committed £1.8 million to over 30 separate charities, helping to tackle some of the big social issues facing our society.
 
The Foundation now invests in three different ways: through a small group of major strategic partnerships and by making one-off grants.
 
At Berkeley, we recognise the responsibility we have to make a positive contribution to the communities in which we operate.  When development is carried out successfully, it is inherently a force for good and helps rejuvenate society. Creating great places generates the pride and confidence to give communities a sense of optimism, hope and opportunity, as well as providing much needed housing and fresh economic activity.
